1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using the Smmize platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. The service

Smmize provides social media growth services (followers, likes, views, comments and related services) through a panel that lets you fund a balance, place orders and manage delivery through our connected providers. You may use the panel for your own accounts or resell services to your own customers. Delivery is automated and managed by third-party providers.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the platform. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You may open one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Funding, balances and payments

Balances are prepaid. Payments are processed through our payment providers; we do not store full card details. Deposits are credited to your balance once the payment is confirmed. Deposit bonuses, where offered, are applied automatically and are discretionary. Balances are not a deposit or investment and earn no interest. You may not sell, transfer or charge back balances.

5. Orders and delivery

Order quantities, delivery times and quality tiers are shown per service before you order. Delivery estimates are best-effort and depend on the provider and target platform; we cannot guarantee exact completion times, and social platforms may change behaviour at any time. Refillable services are refilled automatically if delivery drops. Orders once delivered are final.

6. Refills, cancellations and refunds

Automatic refills apply to services marked as refillable. Cancellation is possible only where the service allows it, and any unused credit is returned to your balance. Refunds are issued to your account balance, not to your original payment method, except where required by law. We do not refund delivered services.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the platform for unlawful purposes; attempt to defraud, exploit, or obtain services without payment; interfere with the platform or its providers; resell access to the panel itself (as opposed to services); or use the API to circumvent rate limits or abuse the system. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms of the social platforms involved.

8. API

We provide API access for order management. API keys are credentials — do not share them. The API is rate-limited; abuse may result in suspension of API access.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific outcomes on third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smmize shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have funded in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or otherwise risk the platform. On termination for breach, your balance may be forfeited. You may close your account at any time; outstanding balance may be refunded at our discretion.

12. Changes

We may amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

1. What we collect

• Account data — name, email, timezone and login information you provide when registering.
• Order data — the links, quantities and services you order, needed to deliver your orders.
• Payment data — payment method and transaction identifiers. Full card details are processed and stored by our payment providers, never by us.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and usage logs, used for security and to keep the platform reliable.

2. How we use it

We use your data to operate the platform: manage accounts and balances, process orders, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. Where you opt in, we may send service announcements; we do not sell your data.

3. Sharing

We share data only where necessary: with payment providers to process transactions, with SMM service providers to deliver orders, and with authorities where required by law. These processors are bound by confidentiality.

4. Retention

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as required for legal, tax or security purposes.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support. We respond within the timeframes required by law.

6. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — encrypted connections, hashed passwords and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

7. Third-party links

Our pages may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
